Overview
This is one of the two large lecture rooms in Hamilton Hall, which are used for many of our Level 1 and 2 math classes. Mathematics and statistics are popular subjects. To keep class sizes smaller, we divide some classes into many sections.
As you can see the classroom features lots of blackboard space. Chalk in hand, instructors show students how one math statement follows from previously established math statements to develop new understanding. Having ample writing space is essential.
